Terms & Conditions
Course Registration
Registration for all courses is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and written confirmation from AB Wine Academy.
Students are responsible for ensuring that all registration information provided is accurate and complete, including the spelling of their full name as stated on official identification documents.
AB Wine Academy reserves the right to reject or cancel registrations where necessary.
Course Fees & Payment
All course fees must be paid in full prior to course commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Course fees include only the items specifically stated within the course description.
AB Wine Academy reserves the right to revise course fees, schedules, venues, educators, tasting samples, or promotional offers without prior notice.
Course Transfers, Cancellations & Refunds
Requests for course transfers or cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Cancellation and refund requests are subject to the academy’s Cancellation & Refund Policy.
No refunds will be granted once study materials have been issued, examination registration has been submitted, or the course has commenced.
AB Wine Academy reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrolment, venue changes, educator availability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students may choose between a transfer or refund option.
Examination Registration & Re-sit Policy
WSET examination registration will only be processed upon successful course enrolment and receipt of full payment.
Students are responsible for ensuring that all registration details, including the spelling of their full name as stated on official identification documents, are accurate at the time of registration.
Examination dates, venues, and arrangements are subject to WSET regulations and scheduling requirements.
Students who are unable to attend a scheduled examination or who wish to retake an examination may be required to pay additional re-sit examination and administration fees.
At present, the re-sit examination fees are as follows:

WSET Level 1 Award in Wines: S$180 per person

WSET Level 2 Award in Wines: S$240 per person

WSET Level 3 Award in Wines: S$340 per person
Re-sit examination arrangements are subject to examination seat availability, registration deadlines, and WSET scheduling requirements.
AB Wine Academy reserves the right to revise re-sit fees where necessary.
Student Conduct
Students are expected to behave respectfully towards educators, staff, venues, and fellow participants throughout the course.
AB Wine Academy reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, abusive, inappropriate, or may negatively affect the learning environment.
No refund will be provided in cases involving serious misconduct.
Study Materials & Intellectual Property
All WSET course materials remain the intellectual property of Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET).
Course materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, uploaded, shared, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from WSET or AB Wine Academy.
Materials provided are strictly for personal educational use by enrolled students only.
Photography & Media
AB Wine Academy may occasionally take photographs or videos during courses, tastings, or events for educational, marketing, or promotional purposes.
Students who prefer not to appear in photographs or media recordings should inform the academy in advance.
Limitation of Liability
AB Wine Academy shall not be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
While every effort will be made to deliver courses as advertised, the academy reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments where necessary.
